I love New Years Resolutions.
I like any excuse to dream and plan and this time of year is one of my faves.
I’ve gotten pretty good at making changes over the years, but I’ve also had a lot of failed attempts too.
When I look back to see what I had done to make certain changes stick or make others fizzle, I noticed that I was or wasn’t doing 1 or all of these 3 things.
I tell you all about them over my morning coffee in the video below.
(yes I just woke up when I recorded these tips. that’s how bad I wanted to teach you how to make your resolutions stick, don’t judge.)
#1 Be a gentle weaner.
#2 Focus on what you’re gaining, NOT what your losing.
#3 Make it about the feeling.
